ColPaC has been proven to beflexible and comfortable as they provide up to 30 minutes ofhealing cold therapy. Reuse them again and again. Always use layersof dry terry toweling between ColPac and skin.
For Initial Chilling of the ColPac, remove from all packaging,place flat in Chilling Unit / Freezer for two hours. Do not chillbelow 0° F. To keep them moist, place in a plastic bag, seal, andthen place in the freezer. This will preserve them and prevent themfrom drying out or getting hard. Never let ColPacs dry after use -always keep them in the freezer.
