By working your fingers, forearms, hands, and joints, it can improve grip strength as well as relieve stiffness and joint pain. These hand therapy blocks come in four color-coded resistance levels: Extra-Soft (Yellow), Soft (Pink), Medium (Blue), and Firm (Green). These blocks come in a pack of 32 and are each pink in color.
